Part number, density, organization, date code, condition, remaining life. Get these clear and the quote lands in one go, with no back-and-forth.
Every manufacturer has its own naming scheme, but they all encode the same things: generation, density, bus width and speed. Take a common Samsung DDR4 as an example:
IC density is given in bits, and 8 bits make one byte: 8Gb = 1GB. An 8GB memory module is usually eight 8Gb chips. eMMC and SSD are labelled directly in GB.
"256M×16 1600" means 256M depth by ×16 width (4Gb in total), running at DDR3-1600. Chips with the same organization, speed and package are often interchangeable across brands, which is why pulled parts are usually sourced by organization rather than by one fixed part number.
The four digits on the chip marking are the production date: two digits for the year, two for the week. 2525 is week 25 of 2025. Prices of new original parts depend heavily on the date code — within two years counts as recent. For pulled parts the condition matters, not the date.
New original means factory-sealed or loose new parts with a date code, packaging and traceability. Pulled parts come off used boards and are sold on-board, cut-board, as raw pulls (removed, not processed) or reballed (new solder balls, ready to mount). For the same part number these forms differ in price several times over, so always say which one you want.
eMMC and SSD have a finite write life, and used parts report their remaining life as a percentage. Our pulled eMMC is priced in life bands — above 50%, 15%–30% and so on — so you pick the band your product needs and do not pay for life you will never use.

No hard minimum. New original parts usually go by reel or box, pulled parts by the piece, and small quantities are fine. Prices vary with quantity and the quote spells this out.
Common part numbers are quoted the same business day. For rare parts, large volumes or multi-source comparisons we tell you up front roughly how long it will take, so you are never left waiting.
Just give us the specs: density, organization (e.g. 256M×16), speed, package — or simply what device it goes into. We find an equivalent by spec and mark it clearly as a substitute in the quote.
Yes. Sample quantity and cost are agreed together with the quote, and are usually credited against the formal order.
We inspect before shipping: appearance, marking, date code and quantity, plus functional testing for pulled parts. You can re-inspect on receipt, and any issue is handled as set out in the contract.
Stock is reserved first, payment follows contract confirmation, and goods ship once payment is received. Shenzhen Xiangshui Technology Co., Ltd. signs the contract, receives payment and issues the invoice; tax rate and billing details are stated in the contract.
